How To Return An Item
The item must be in its original unused condition to be returned (unless there is a manufacturer defect). Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us using the form below to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking # and send you the address of our returns department.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return.

 

Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. SWEAT<LESS does not refund the original shipping and handling that paid on the order.

 

Exchanges
If the item is in like-new condition, it may be exchanged for a different size or color. In this case, the exchanged item will not be subject to a restocking fee, but return shipping will be paid by the customer.
