RETURN & REFUND POLICY
How To Return An Item
The item must be in its original unused condition to be returned (unless there is a manufacturer defect). Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Please contact us using the form below to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking # and send you the address of our returns department.
Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. SWEAT<LESS does not refund the original shipping and handling that paid on the order.
If the item is in like-new condition, it may be exchanged for a different size or color. In this case, the exchanged item will not be subject to a restocking fee, but return shipping will be paid by the customer.
Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. All orders are shipped within 48-72 hours if placed within the business week.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of an order is based on the weight of the products, and the location of the destination. Before the final checkout page the final shipping cost will be shown.
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of the order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of the order. Customers will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
